The HHS Beta Club Marketing and Communications group competed at the National Beta Convention in Louisville, Kentucky on June 18th, 2023. This competition required these students to create a marketing presentation based on a prompt they were given. The students wrote a lyrical rap and created large visual boards to present a proposal to create a memorial for Mr. James Colson in Hawkinsville, who they chose as their hometown hero. Today, they were awarded first place out of 55 teams at the National Convention for their presentation.
