Admission Requirements

Pulaski County Elementary School serves children in grades K through 5.  Children must be 5 years old by September 1st to enter Kindergarten.

Upon enrollment, children must have:

  • A certified copy of his/her birth certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Completed immunization GA Form 3231
  • Completed Hearing, Vision, and Dental GA DPH Form 3300 (revision date 2013)
  • Proof of residency in Pulaski County

Parents of out-of-county students must contact the Pulaski County Board of Education office to apply for admission.  All out-of-county students must be approved by the superintendent of Pulaski County.
